|Terms||Net 30 days upon approved credit.|
|Partial Cartons||Erickson's will break cartons on all STOCKED PARQUET only. A $20.00 broken carton charge will be added for each non- stocked molding item shipped in less than full carton quantities. All other flooring is sold in FULL CARTONS ONLY.|
|Returns||Merchandise returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods in full, unopened cartons. Only stocked items may be returned. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization, and will incur a 20% restock charge, plus freight.|
|Ordering||ALL non-stock items are special order only. These items are
non-cancelable, non-returnable, and are sold in full cartons only. These items require a 50% deposit before they will be ordered from the manufacturer. Contact Customer Service for more information on ordering non-stock items.
Erickson's can receive orders via email, voicemail, or fax 24 hours a day.
Email Us or Dial (888) 543-Wood (9663) on your fax machine to quickly transmit your order to Erickson's.
Refer to Customer Service to determine your delivery charge. Delivery is available via Erickson's covered trucks, UPS, or common carrier motor freight depending on your location.
|Shipping Problems||Any shipping problems (e.g., shortages, damages, overages, miss-shipments) must be directed to Customer Service immediately upon receipt. This will allow Erickson's to correct the problem in the future plus update your shipping and invoicing information.|
|Cutting Waste||When calculating footage for jobs, add 5% for cutting waste.|
